Filter Change Service — Perth Metro

Let me handle the filter change for you. Add this to your filter order and I'll come out and fit your new cartridges myself — Perth metro only.

What's included:

• Full changeover of your replacement filter set — sediment, carbon and resin/media stages
• Housings opened, cleaned and resealed, and the O-rings checked
• System flushed and pressure-checked, and I make sure there are no leaks before I leave
• Old cartridges left with you to go out with your household bin
• A quick look over your system, and I'll tell you honestly if anything needs attention

How it works: add this to your cart alongside your filter set. Once your order is placed I'll email you to arrange a time that suits — usually within a week of your filters arriving.

Perth metro only. If you're outside the Perth metropolitan area I can't provide this service — every filter set ships with free step-by-step change instructions, and the job is a straightforward DIY change for most people. If you're unsure whether you're in my service area, email joe@properwater.com.au before ordering and I'll confirm.

Flat rate — no call-out fee, no hourly charges, no surprises. Changing cartridges in an existing system isn't plumbing work, so no licensed plumber is required; installations that connect to your mains are a separate service, carried out by our WA-licensed plumber partners.
