Shipping Policy

We ship right across Australia. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Shipping cost

We charge a flat shipping rate of $15 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Metro areas are usually quicker; regional and remote areas may take a little longer. These timeframes are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as delivery is handled by third-party carriers.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. You can also track your order any time via the Track Order link in our website menu.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than expected due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods — these are outside our control. If your order seems significantly delayed, contact us at joe@properwater.com.au and we'll help look into it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect orders once dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-delivery charge.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at joe@properwater.com.au. We'll work with you to resolve it — see our Refund Policy for how returns and replacements are handled.
