ProperWater started with a simple frustration: if you own a Complete Home Filtration (CHF) system, you're often locked into one supplier, paying premium prices for replacement filters you can't buy anywhere else. We thought that wasn't fair — and we knew there was a better way.

We're an independent Australian business. We supply compatible replacement filters for CHF systems at honest prices, shipped right across Australia — so you can keep your existing system running without the locked-in service contract or inflated costs. In the Perth metro area, we also install whole-home filtration systems and replace ageing CHF setups through our licensed plumber partners.

What we stand for

We do things straight. That means no theatrical "water tests" designed to scare you, no overselling, and no claims our filters can't back up. We'll tell you honestly what filtration can and can't do — and if reverse osmosis is what you actually need, we'll say so, even if it's not what we sell.

Everything we recommend starts with the facts. We point people to their suburb's real water quality data, drawn straight from official water authority reports — not from an aggressive sales pitch. Good information first, the right product second.

Our compatible filters are built to the standard 15" × 4.5" cartridge format used by CHF systems, with a three-stage configuration for sediment, scale and chlorine reduction. No contract, no service callout fee, no lock-in — just filters that fit, at a price that makes sense.
